I am a clinical psychologist and mindfulness trainer with over 30 years of experience in clinical, research and corporate contexts.

I offer psychotherapy and mindfulness training workshops informed by the vision that when we change ourselves, we change the world. Mindfully deepening self-awareness results in deeper connections in our primary relationships, with the larger community and our precious planet.

Mindfulness Workshops

Mindfulness Training (MT) is an evidence-based practice with numerous benefits for improving physical and mental health and enhancing workplace functioning.

Drawing from my doctoral research, the existing evidence base and many decades of my own personal mindfulness training and practice, I design bespoke MT workshops suited to the specific needs of the organisational context.

For the General Public

Mindfulness training workshops of varied durations, (one day, 2 days, or 2-3 hours per week for 8 weeks) provide a comprehensive presentation of MT theory and practice.
