Individual Therapy

As an integrative therapist I combine tools and techniques from different therapeutic approaches (psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, humanistic and mindfulness-based) offering multiple theoretical and intervention options to suit the variety of clients I serve.

I strive to offer my services in an ethical manner, guided by principles of integrity and authenticity. We work together to co-create a transformative space for a healing journey that aligns with your sense of meaning and purpose.

My therapeutic approach is holistic (recognising the interplay of brain, body and spirit), collaborative (we work as a team in defining goals and treatment plans) and therapy techniques are customized to suit your specific needs.

At the first session, we will determine if we resonate as a healing partnership and discuss the most suitable psychotherapy strategies. Then the therapeutic journey unfolds as I guide you toward your goals. We will decide on an initial number of sessions and review regularly as we continue.

What usually results are both expected and unexpected transformations that reduce distress and awakens potential for further growth.

Couples Therapy

My approach to couples therapy tends to be short-term and phase driven (evaluation, treatment and review).

Among other issues, I assist in identifying and improving patterns in communication, transforming destructive conflict patterns to more creative and constructive conflict resolution approaches, improving empathy, deepening connection and intimacy and building team resilience in the face of both internal stressors (within the relationship) and external stressors.
